Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: from 9 am to 7 pm

Thursday: from 9 am to 4 pm

Please clear all your materials from the stand by that time.

Facilities

The Creative Europe MEDIA stand offers the following services and facilities to European independents who have registered via media-stands.eu.

Welcome Desk

  • where you will be given a registration form as well as your Creative Europe MEDIA lanyard which will identify you as a participant, having access to all services and facilities. Please wear it.
  • where you will arrange appointments with your contacts.
  • Open from 9 am on Monday 21.
  • Please print your badge in advance, plastic supports will be available at the Palais des Festivals entrances.

!! It is very important that you come to our reception desk and introduce yourself to our hostesses (check-in), this way we will know that you attended the event, otherwise you will be noted as “NO SHOW”!!

Meeting area

  • Tables for small meetings are at your disposal. Tables must be vacated after a reasonable period and cannot be booked.
  • Who’s who PC console where you can check photos and participant details as well as the online catalogue.
  • A4 displays along the walls.
  • Power plugs.

Private meeting rooms on the 5th floor

You can make up to two bookings a day for a half hour each, and on a first come, first served basis. We enforce this time limit strictly. Make your bookings with our hostess at the Desk on the 5th floor.

You can cancel bookings up to two hours in advance. All your future bookings will be cancelled if you fail to take up your two bookings on one day. Bookings can be made up to one day in advance.

Private Free Coffee Bar

  • With cold and hot drinks.
  • Daily happy hour from 5.30 to 7.00 pm with wine, beer, and snacks.
  • Bring your own bottle (MEDIA or not) for water fountains, since paper cups will not be available anymore.

Storage room

Unmarked area on the 5th floor for your materials. Please do not leave valuables in this area.
The storage room opens at 9 am and will be locked every day at 7.00 pm, except on Thursday: we will close at 4.00 pm.
