The European Commission will present the results of its “European Media Industry Outlook”, a report on industry developments in the audiovisual, media and videogames sectors across the EU. It will unveil new data on audience preferences and consumption, explore demand and supply trends, and report on the potential impact of these trends on the European media market and business models.

From 9 am to 7 pm, except on Wednesday, May 24, when the Pavilion closes at 6:30 pm. You will have to clear all your materials from the pavilion by that time.
The EU Pavilion offers the following services and facilities to European independents who have registered via media-stands.eu
Area where you will:
– "check-in" and receive your MEDIA lanyard, identifying you as a participant with access to all services and facilities (please always wear it);
– check for messages;– post special announcements;– consult a "who’s who" console with information on all the participants.SEATING AREA, PRIVATE BAR & TERRACE
Area where you can:
– hold your meetings;
– place your leaflets and brochures in the A4 displays along the walls;
– enjoy a croissant breakfast and free hot and soft drinks with your contacts;
– attend our daily Happy Hour from 5:30 to 7:00 pm.
*It is not allowed to bring food into the stand other than the one from our private bar. *
Area where you may store (a limited amount of) your material. We cannot accept any liability for damage or theft, so please always keep your valuables with you! The storage room opens from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
The Creative Europe MEDIA stand in the Riviera Hall (Riviera F2) is dedicated to the sales companies. This area offers tables and chairs reserved for Creative Europe MEDIA sales companies participants. A dedicated hostess will take messages and schedule meetings.
STEP 01 On arrival in Cannes, pick up your badge at the Registration desk at the Gare Maritime (located to the right of the Casino Croisette) or at the dispensers at Le Pantiero. Badges will be available for collection from 15 May. You will have to present your accreditation confirmation and an ID card to retrieve your badge.
STEP 02 * Important * Come to the reception desk of the Creative Europe MEDIA Pavilion [no. 120] in the International Village (behind the Riviera Hall on the seafront side of the Palais; see map above) to “check-in” and to meet our charming hostesses (otherwise you will be noted as “no show”). You will receive a special lanyard for your badge that identifies you as a participant of the Creative Europe MEDIA Umbrella Stand. This lanyard will give you access to the services and facilities of the Pavilion (please always wear it).

Wifi is available throughout the Palais: free for Marché and Press badge-holders with their badge code.
Your Market Badge gives you access to the Riviera Hall, and all Market Events, Screenings and conferences. Subject to availability you can request invitations to Festival screenings via the online system. You will be given details of this when you pick up your badge. Your badge also gives you access to events organised in the Palais des Festivals.
*Dinner jacket or evening dress are compulsory for the 2 evening gala screenings of the Official Competition taking part at the Grand Théâtre Lumière.
*In the absence of this, you may wear a cocktail dress, a dark trouser suit, a dressy top with black trousers, a “little black dress”, a black or midnight blue suit with a bow tie. Elegant shoes, with or without heels, are required (no trainers).
