Stand opening hours

- From Tuesday 10 to Thursday 12 June, 9.00 am-7.00 pm;

- Friday 13 June, 9.00 am-5.00 pm. Please clear all your materials from the stand by that time.

Facilities

The Creative Europe MEDIA stand offers the following services and facilities to European independents who have registered via media-stands.eu.

  • RECEPTION-INFORMATION AREA

– where you will receive your MEDIA lanyard to be identified as being part of the European stand;
– where we post special announcements;
– where you can consult a “who’s who” console with information on all the participants.

  • SEATING AREA, PRIVATE BAR

– where you can hold your meetings;
– where you can enjoy snacks and free hot and soft drinks with your contacts;
– where we organise our daily Happy Hour from 5.30 pm to 7.00 pm.

*It is not allowed to bring food into the stand other than the one from our private bar.*

  • STORAGE ROOM

Where you may store [a limited amount of] your material.
We cannot accept any liability for damage or theft, so please always keep your valuables with you! The storage room opens from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm (6.00 pm on Friday 13).

  • REGISTRATION

STEP 01
Pick up your badge at the MIFA Welcome Area (Park of the Imperial Palace) open from 9 June afternoon.

STEP 02
Come to the reception desk of the European Stand [no. F.03] on the ground floor in the Exhibition Area of the Impérial Palace Hotel; [see map above]. Introduce yourself to the hostesses; you will receive a lanyard for your badge. This identifies you as a participant of the Creative Europe MEDIA umbrella stand with access to the services and facilities of the Pavilion (please wear it).

!! It is very important that you come to our reception desk and introduce yourself to our hostesses (check-in), this way we will know that you attended the event, otherwise you will be noted as “NO SHOW”!!

  • Coffee Bar

With cold and hot drinks, daily happy hour from 5.30 to 7.00 pm with wine, beer, and snacks.

* Do not forget to use your own (MEDIA) bottle for water fountains, since paper cups will not be available anymore at the stand*. There are various water points on the different Annecy venues where you can refill your bottle as well.

  • Othe facilities

- A4 Displays along the walls for your brochures, leaflets;
- Who's who console;
- Online Catalogue;
- Power plugs.

Shipping information

Sending parcels: please inform Ms Pauline Launoy (paulinelaunoy@citia.org) if you are sending a parcel (type of parcel and date sent). Please find below the procedure for sending and collecting parcels.

Sending Parcels directly to MIFA:

You can only send parcels directly to Mifa from Friday 6 to Thursday 12 June 2025 from 9am to 7pm non-stop and on Friday 13 June from 9am to 12pm.

Please inform your carrier of the dates and times when our reception is open. We will not be able to accept parcels outside these opening days and times.

Don't forget to specify on the dispatch note that you are paying the postage and, if necessary, import taxes (which are entirely your responsibility). Under no circumstances will the Mifa management agree to pay duties and taxes on goods delivered for an exhibitor.

Parcel Collection

To collect your parcels: go directly to the Parcel Collection Desk at the Mifa Welcome Desk. If your parcels are bulky, our on-site logistics team will be able to help you bring them to your stand.

Your MIFA badge gives you unlimited access to the Festival and MIFA events, and to the MIFA areas.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

For security reasons you are not allowed to enter the Festival and MIFA sites with your luggage or large items. MIFA provides a luggage locker service. You can find all the information regarding this service here.

Access to Screenings

You can request up to three daily reservations to screenings via the online system. Once you are accredited, activate and update your Annecy Network space to access the ticketing service. You will receive an e-mail with the date when the online ticketing service opens. Be ready to reserve your seats online as soon as it opens.

WIFI

The WiFi network is available throughout the Festival week in the Forum Bonlieu, at the Mifa, Le Campus Mifa, the Chambre des Métiers et de l'Artisanat and in the Salle Pierre Lamy.

To use it, connect to the WiFi network "Annecy Festival" and login with your user account access codes.

Event Translations

Remember to bring your personal earphones or headsets!

Some events provide simultaneous translation. To take advantage of this service bring your personal earphones or headsets. No equipment will be provided due to health reasons.
