Explore cutting-edge, innovative MEDIA-funded projects. Organised by the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA).
CODECKS is an innovative project and community management tool uniquely designed for game developers by game developers. It gamifies project management tasks, transforming them into an engaging, card game-like experience and has unique community integration features.
INDIE PLAZA offers a one stop shop for European Indie studios to access key data to reach better deals with financiers and publishers , to develop better arguments when pitching a project, to diversify sources of funding, to reach educated analysis of the best distribution strategies, and to better protect IP.

MEET THE PUBLISHERSNetworking event for European publishers and developers with a business focus on narrative video games. Developers will have the opportunity to learn about the publishers’ needs and their future plans.
The event welcomes developers from Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Latvia, Lithuania, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, and Germany (NRW). It is organised by thirteen Creative Europe Desks. By invitation only. Please note that places are limited, and participants will be selected. - Thursday 21 August 9.00 am to 8.00 pm;
- Friday 22 August from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm. Please clear all your materials from the stand by that time.
The European Pavilion offers the following services and facilities to European independents who have registered via media-stands.eu.
Welcome desk
- where after “checking-in”, you receive your MEDIA lanyard identifying you as a participant with access to all services and facilities (please always wear it);
- where we post special announcements;
- where you can consult a ‘who’s who’ console with information on all the stand participants.
Meeting area
- Tables for small meetings are at your disposal. Tables must be vacated after a reasonable period and cannot be booked;
- Demo booths for meetings;
- A4 displays along the walls for your leaflets and brochures;
- Power plugs.
Private Free Coffee Bar
- With cold and hot drinks;
- Daily happy hour from 5.30 to the closing of the stand with wine, beer, and snacks;
- Bring your own (MEDIA) bottle for water fountains, since paper cups will not be available anymore.
*It is not allowed to bring food into the stand other than the one from our private bar. *

For your materials. Please do not leave valuables in this area at stand closing time.
